At this time, everything in this shop is available for wholesale with the exception of handmade and one-of-a-kind items.
Please Note: NANU Studio products are not available for consignment nor drop-shipping.
$150 opening orders, $100 reorders
6 per style: greeting cards, card box sets, stickers, and enamel pins
3 per style: fine art prints
Single cards - $2.50/unit
Card box sets - $12/unit
8x10 Prints - $12/unit
11x14 Prints - $15/unit
Enamel Pins - $7/unit
Single Stickers, Matte - $2/unit
Single Stickers, Glossy - $1.50/unit
NANU Studio accepts check, Paypal, and credit card payments. Full payment is required for shipping.
TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 3 days but can take up to 2 weeks from order date. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. Orders with backorder items can be shipped separately or together once items are back in stock.
Orders placed at trade shows will ship within 4-6 weeks.
If you'd like a rush delivery, please email email@example.com to discuss possible lead times. Please note that rush deliveries may incur a 10% surcharge.
Orders will ship via USPS with tracking, which will be provided at the time of shipment. Shipping costs will be included on your final invoice.
NANU Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
Pick-up or delivery options may be available for local orders.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed directly with NANU Studio are final. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order to avoid incurring a fee.
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Incorrect or damaged orders must be reported by email within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, be sure to include a photo of the damaged products. Exchanges are offered for incorrect and damaged products by NANU Studio's doing. Products must be returned and received before the replacement ships.
DISPLAY, PACKAGING, & ONLINE STORES
All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up. If you are selling the products online, credit must be given to NANU Studio in the product description. Selling NANU Studio products through third-party resellers (Amazon, eBay, etc) is not permitted.
