ORDERS, SHIPPING, & RETURNS

ORDERS

Standard orders will ship within 3-7 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are shipped from Hoboken, New Jersey.

PAYMENT

NANU Studio accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Items must be received in original condition. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at hello@nanustudio.co as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped, however, products may be returned as per our return policy.

SHIPPING AND MAILING INFO

We currently ship orders within the USA through USPS. A tracking number for your order will be provided via confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your drop-off mail location is secure and the shipping address you've provided is correct. NANU Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct mailing address during check-out. Please make sure all addresses are correct as we will not refund for wrong address on your part. In the event of a returned or rejected package, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay re-shipment postage.

If you made an error in your mailing address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide the correct information. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

NANU Studio cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for lost shipments.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a description and photograph of the damage. If damages are due to fault of our own, we offer exchanges for the damaged products with free shipping.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to orders placed within the state of New Jersey.

New Jersey Sales Tax rate: 6.625%

NANU Studio products are available for wholesale through direct email and through Faire. Please click on "wholesale" in the main navigation for more info or email hello@nanustudio.co. Please Note: NANU Studio products are not available for consignment nor do we offer drop-shipping.

The information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order and send you the occasional shop update, from which you are welcome to unsubscribe. Your information - name, address, credit card number - are secured using SSL encryption technology so ensure a safe transaction on our site.
